Your role: The Marketing Manager, Photolithography Memory is accountable for leading the development of global business, marketing, and product oriented strategies for a segment of the Patterning business. You will help implement these business strategies globally through collaborating with end customers, R&D, and account management teams.


This position monitors the global sales and margins for the Patterning portfolio of products sold to global Memory customers.  You will be accountable for recommending improvement strategies/ plans to the global P&L as necessary to meet both short and long range growth objectives.  You will lead the creation and execution of global market/product strategies in collaboration with internal and customer stakeholders.  Involve key stakeholders from across the company as needed to obtain their inputs and buy-in for the strategies.


This role sets the prioritization and leads Product Development Projects to drive the development of new products.  Utilizes customer VOC, input from in-house and external technology experts, and external collaborations to ensure that the Patterning technology roadmap is aligned with strategic memory customers and overall market needs.


The ideal candidate will have spent time in an engineering or technology related position, transitioned to a sales role, and then moved into a marketing function within the broad Semiconductor industry.

This is a field based role. 


Minimum Requirements

  • BS/ BA in a scientific or business discipline (Chemical, Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing or other related field). 
  • 8+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry with end users, OEM’s, and/or material suppliers. 
  • Up to 40% domestic/international travel required.


Preferred Requirements

  • MBA
  • Lithography experience 
  • Ability to understand the financial impact of plans and actions, then make changes and recommendations to plans based on that knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to create and promote differentiated value to customers, understand financial implications of decisions, and work collaboratively within a multi-cultural matrix organization to execute plans.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, innovative with good verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
