Maintenance Technician II

Your role: The Building Engineer II works on assignments of diverse scope in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations; under limited supervision. This role will also be responsible for off-shift emergency response. On-call requirements will be rotational. Will also coordinate and work with contractors to maintain all other aspects of facility operation and perform other duties and responsibilities as required by local leadership. Purchase and maintain parts inventory. Completes all training objectives on time (Safety, SOPs, OJT). This role will report to the facilities manager/supervisor and will be a key team member of the facilities staff. Job will include all facilities related tasks as indicated below as well as other duties and responsibilities as required.
Who you are:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and completion of at least 80% of a recognized Certificate program in HVAC. Will recognize years of experience in lieu of formal education.
EPA 608 Technician Certification required
5+ years of experience desired.
No Travel Requirements
Will be required to regularly lift 50+ lbs
1-3 years work experience in cGxP environment is desirable. Lab and clean room experience and training preferred.
