- Ensure high customer satisfaction by taking care of fast and reliable customer order/ customer request handling throughout the entire order to cash process
- Main tasks are order entry, customer account maintenance, price & availability checks as well as the management of customers and/ or Key Accounts.
- Proactively communicating of shipping dates and working on service complaints and sales inquiries.
- Key interface between our customers/distributors and internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, sales and manufacturing sites.
- Besides taking ownership of day-to-day tasks, drive the optimization of our processes and services
- Ensure high delivery service level to external and internal customers, incl. tracking and follow-up of relevant KPI targets
- Follow-up on customer and internal complaints involving late deliveries or paperwork issues. This includes determining root cause, developing and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Support creation/ maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer services.
- Leading projects or ensuring CS rep’s executing projects
