Field Service Coordinator

As a Field Service Coordinator you will contribute to making the field service organization more efficient by responding to customer queries concerning service-related questions. You will ensure an optimized service response from each engineer on their respective territory and schedule service for them. You will act as a link between the customers and Field Service Engineers. Your role will include handling incoming requests via phone or e-mail from external customers and provide them technical support to troubleshoot problems. You will take advantage of customer interactions to propose service products in a cost-efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction. One of your responsibility will be to ensure data integrity using CRM tools following guidance and SOP. You will prioritize ad hoc customer requests and existing rolling business (maintenance and installations). You will initiate billable repairs' quotation through Service Max. You will handle work orders scheduling to improve efficiency and customer happiness. You will be an active part for service innovations by proposing solutions to increase our global efficiency and help us make our service organization recognized by peers and customers.
Who you are:
Have experience in a similar role or any other customer facing, coordinator or personal assistant role where excellent coordination skills are needed.
Proficient in English, French and Dutch.
Have good problem solving and interpersonal skills and good at prioritising.
Have the ability to complete documentation neatly and accurately.
Great at building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
