Manager Quality Assurance Suppliers f/m

With your supplier quality team and partners, you support our Life science Quality Mission for the Hub of sites gathering mainly Guyancourt – Meyzieu – Molsheim as being a trusted partner of our customers, delivering quality always.
You foster quality culture based on highly qualified and proactive people, an environment of customer centricity and continuous improvement, Robust and standardized processes, integrated risk management and global tools application as well as measurements aligned with customers’ expectations and regulatory needs. You are part of our hub leadership quality organization.
You manage a team of 30 team members in charge of our Raw material suppliers' quality performance and development (~1000 suppliers collaborating with our plants). You exceed your objectives working together with key partners in procurement and planning organizations.
You manage your team in an autonomous manner developing a collaborative organization stimulating engagement, diversity, inclusion and high impact culture with and between team members. You're responsible for performance, competencies, training, development and safety of your team members. You’re accountable to promote Safety, Quality & Environment policy internally and to our suppliers’ partners.
You’re accountable to ensure that your team activities (ie, supplier audits, quality agreements, Non conformity management, supplier development…) and results related to our Quality processes meet applicable specifications (ISO standards, corporate expectations) as well as our customer requirements internally and at our suppliers.
You collaborate strongly with our internal customers, our suppliers and Business partners (Product managers, sales, Marketing R&D, Operations production, Regulatory team…) in order to embed Quality aspects in their approach.
You’re accountable to ensure proper management of quality processes and associated tools related to supplier audits, Quality agreements, deviations, Complaint management, CAPA, Change control… as well as the training and documentation systems for your activities. You support internal audits, regulatory audits, customer audits personally and with your team and you ensure completion in time and quality of associated actions.
You pilot and justify resources & budget of your department with the support of Finance function. You provide data for reporting and analytics in accordance with Corporate and site standards. You propose and manage internal metrics supporting continuous improvement internally and at our suppliers’ partners.
You're a management representative in terms of regulatory implementation and compliance like CE PED, ATEX, UL, EMC, EAC, CE…
You will be certified Quality auditor to suppliers or self-inspections.
Who you are:
- You’re an experienced manager. You have strong leadership and good communication skills.
- You put our customers at the center of your action. You’re a strong team player, enthusiastic, autonomous, able to navigate into multi-disciplinary teams.
- You’re rigorous, analytical, able to make proposals to deal with complex situations. You need to be pragmatic, reactive, able to create motivating conditions for you and your team.
- As program manager, you’re able to organize your team in order to exceed your organization’s objectives and targets.
- You’re open minded and able to unleash changes as part of your team dynamic and people drive.
- You must have a Master degree/Engineer (or above) with competencies or experiences in Quality and supplier relationship management. You’re fluent in business English and in French. German is a real plus.
