Your role:
Field Service Engineer is responsible for DS & Services Safety, Quality and Performance Management compliance. Field Service activities and AM/PM supports, reporting administratively and functional reporting to Country Services Manager. The duty as hereunder;
1 EH&S:
1.1 Abiding Versum Materials Total Safety philosophy and goal integrating internal EH&S development and requirement in DS&S, compliance to planned target and strategy guidelines. Compliance related plan as hereunder,
1.1.1 Annually EH&S KPI achievement and participation.
1.1.2 Annually EH&S development plan.
1.1.3 Annually Safety Improvement Plan
SIP.
1.1.4 Annually EH&S training plan completion.
1.1.5 Monthly BSP Participation.
1.1.6 Compliance Management (CM) and Incident Tracking System (ITS) compliance and participation.
2 Quality:
2.1 Abiding Versum Materials Total Safety philosophy and goal integrating internal Quality / CI development requirement in DS&S, compliance to planned target and strategy guidelines. Compliance related plan as hereunder;
2.1.1 Annually Quality KPI achievement and participation.
2.1.2 Annually Quality development plan.
2.1.3 Annually Quality training plan.
2.1.4 Annually CI plan
2.2 To assist internal and external related quality development and improvement plan/ meetings/audit.
2.3 Assistance in internal and external non-conformance report investigation and review meeting. Follow up the action plan(s) implementation.
2.4 Assistance in DS&S quality system execution achievement.
3 Megasys Support:
3.1 Follow up and support MEGASYS and/or DS&S business development, assist resident in customer site operation with strict compliance of Safety, Quality and Operation Discipline.
3.2 Active participation with MEGASYS and/or Services Monthly BSP plan/meeting. Follow up and ensuring action plans implementation.
3.3 Active participation with MEGASYS and/or Services onsite customer KPI Performance Review meeting. Follow up and ensuring action plans implementation.
3.4 Assist in EH&S and non-compliance report investigation and relative operation and management activities reviewing and follow up the action plans are executed and achieved effectively.
4 Equipment Maintenance and Field Services:
4.1 Ability to complete technical service on all DSS product lines, inclusive of safety and technical consultancy, troubleshooting support, service maintenance and/or repair activities.
4.2 Ability to complete Startup, Commissioning and Decommissioning activities for the majority of DSS products lines.
4.3 Support on Piping System for DS&S.
4.3.1 Customer Safety, Quality and Operation compliance.
4.3.2 Contractor management abiding with Versum Materials and/or Customer Safety, Quality and Operation requirement.
4.3.3 Vendor/Supplier management.
4.4 Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Risk Assessment (RA) review for Field Service activities.
4.5 Procedure and/or checklist establishment for Field Service activities.
4.6 Assist in Management of Change (MOC) processing for Field Service activities.
4.7 Documentation of Field Service activities.
4.8 Support AM/PM business including container change out.
4.9 Develop excellent communication skills and be a self-starter.

 

Who you are:
1 Minimum a diploma in STEM.
2 Field Service Level 4 qualification, or any other related industries is preferred.
3 Learn expertise of equipment services aggressively.
4 Good communication and coordination skills, with leadership characteristic better.
5 Fluent in English writing and speaking is plus.
6 Candidate must successfully pass required physical screenings.
7 Business travel up to 6 months per year is expectation.
