Your role: 

  1. Conduct regional business analysis and issue quarterly report (Identify issues and opportunities from comprehensive data review and propose action plan).
  2. Formulate regional business strategies and tactics with Central Marketing and local sales management consensus (quarterly).
  3. Responsible for the related regional level program(s) in compliance with all applicable internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.
  4. Own the design, execution, management and feedback tracking of regional level program(s) for brans thru closed cooperation with sales team.
  5. Assist regional training on disease & brand related knowledge to consolidate brand message delivery.
  6. Develop regional KOLs.
  7. Regional marketing related budget management & monitor & tracking
  8. Ensure product development in region
  9. Provide marketing insight and input to optimize country business plan.
  10. Develop annual regional business plan

 

Who you are: 

  1. At least 2 years experiences as regional product management, or 2 years sales management experience.
  2. 2 years multinational pharmaceutical companies’ experience is a must.
  3. Excellent communication skills, rich experience in KOL communication.
  4. With personalities of confidence, self-motivation.
  5. Be adapted to frequent traveling.
