Your role:

As an Inhouse Service France Manager, you support your team of technical coordinators in respecting procedures in an ISO environment and help them achieve individual and team performance objectives.

You supervise through KPIs the processing of customer requests on time, guarantee the optimization of technician schedules according to priorities and ensure the administrative management related to the Service activity to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You drive continuous improvement by managing the analysis of commercial, operational, and quality data and by defining corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA).

You are responsible for the proper implementation of the external partnership to support the organization in defining current and future resource needs and you actively participate in digital service innovations by proposing solutions to increase our overall efficiency and make our Service organization recognized by our peers and customers.


Who you are:

•    Former experience in a management role, ideally in a related environment
•    Fluent in English
•    Familiar with Service concepts, practices, and procedures in an ISO environment (Root cause analysis competency)
•    Wide degree of Leadership, Creativity and Flexibility
•    Computer literacy and analysis of data into databases
•    Good Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
•    Great at building positive relationships, Team player, result and Customer oriented
•    Project management background
•    Confident, positive thinking, self-motivated and creative
•    Digital capabilities (Microsoft Office, SalesForce/Service Max, SAP Next)
•    Field Network connectivity
