HR Business Partner (all genders)

You will handle key employee issues, implement and communicate HR solutions and be a sparring partner for the business. In collaboration with your HR Business Partner colleague, who is responsible for the three sites in Altdorf, Schaffhausen, and Zug, you play a key role in empowering leaders around the HR portfolio, rolling out projects as well as organizational transformations with the main focus on the Schaffhausen site. You will facilitate employee-focused topics such as onboarding, engagement, compensation & reward, HR development, and labor and employee relations. You may also play a backup role for Buchs Production site HR.
At the beginning of your employment, you will own select HR Admin activities (time management, onboarding, etc.) on-site in Schaffhausen. One of your objectives will be to drive and implement the integration of these activities into HR Service Center.
You will work closely with other HR colleagues in and outside of Switzerland, e.g. Recruiting, Rewards, Learning & Development. In addition to your role as HR BP, you will support the Head of Market HR Switzerland in coordination and project activities. You will be based at the Schaffhausen site. Travel to Altdorf, Buchs, and Zug sites may be necessary.
Who you are
- You have successfully completed your education preferably in human resources
- You have already acquired professional experience in a comparable position ideally in an international company
- You are familiar with Swiss labor law as well as the Swiss Code of Obligations
- You are used to working tactically and strategically in a highly professional manner
- You are curious, question the status quo, and dare to say "no" if this leads to a better result
- You are a solid communicator, connect easily with people, and are at ease with providing and receiving feedback
- You can understand other perspectives and inspire your stakeholders with your ideas
- You communicate very well in German and English and work with Office 365 tools
