  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. 
  • Work closely with the commercial team’ to achieve sales and profitability targets. 
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and work out strategies to penetrate assigned Portfolio/Segment. 
  • Design and execute promotion schemes for products/segments for better acceptability/increasing reach, working closely with Digital/Marcom team to ensure target results are achieved 
  • Analysing sales performance of assigned portfolio/Segment, assessing effects of promotions, and providing relevant reports. Based on such analyses, recommends enhancements to promotional efforts. 
  • Work with supply chain and commercial team to manage suitable inventory levels. 
  • Define and drive proper pricing mechanisms to the market, taking competitive landscape into account. 
  • Create workflow-based sales tools, Marketing material (Flyers, protocols, sell sheet, digital apps, Product reference sheets), customer presentations, demonstration, and training. 
  • Conduct training/webinars for Commercial and Channel partner team to increase the awareness and knowledge of assigned cluster. 
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration 
  • Analyse customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, competition, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies 
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
