Your Role: As a Business Process Architect, you will work with our group functions and site management business to drive industrial park sales and service solutions. Designing and documenting innovative business processes and working on SAP, you will act as a liaison between other IT functions (functional consultants, development teams) and the Business functions (central site management organization, business sectors and other group functions). You are responsible that development, testing and implementation of new and improvement of existing service and project systems processes and systems satisfy business needs. You will define the required capabilities for business processes, information management and conceptual architecture, ensuring the alignment with the business and the IT roadmaps, and guiding decisions relating to the rationalization of proposed capabilities. You will ensure completeness of requirements, identify architecture interdependencies with other programs and projects, and you will ensure design and solution compliance with standards. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar in Business Administration, Business Informatics or other related fields required, Master is a plus
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in SAP SD / CS and/or S/4 Service / PS
  • Subject matter expertise for international chemical / pharmaceutical industry on following:
    • Service invoicing (DIP)
    • Sales: automatic order creation via IDOC and billing
    • Controlling: (project) cost accounting and allocation
    • Finance: accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in Business Process Management and process design, process improvement as well as excellent ability to drive Innovation among business partners, management and peers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required
  • Speaking German would be an advantage
  • Up to 30% Travel availability
