The following task should be performed by the team in which the new role will work:
- Standard Service Request Management (70% of the new role’s time):
- Implement SSO Solutions for Onpremise and Oncloud applications using Azure Active Directory, PingFederate and PingAccess
- SSO Solutions to be provided using the Authentication Protocols SAML2.0, OAuth2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Implement ADLDS LDAP bind based authentications and Authorisation using Groups.
- Support Multifactor Authentication using Azure MFA, Privacyidea, and FIDO
- Troubleshoot SSO and MFA login issues faced by application users.
- Solution Health Monitoring / Continuous Improvement (20% of the new role’s time):
- Daily health checks if the solution works as expected
- Follow up on errors with responsible data/process owner
- Identify possible impacts and discuss remediation options (e.g. bugs & feature requests)
- Incident Management (10% of the new role’s time):
- Resolution of incidents received from 1st LVL support
- Dispatch to the correct resolution team if incident cannot be resolved (e.g. 3rd LVL)
