Your role :After a solid training period, you will be in charge of carrying out the various services in coordination with the internal service (installations, commissioning, maintenance, validations and training) on ​​laboratory equipment in Île-de-France.You will be in charge of managing and updating customer data through our CRM. Finally, in relation with the commercial part, you will develop and follow the maintenance contracts of your territory.Position to be filled in Ile-de-France.Who are you :- Holder of a DUT or BTS Technique- Beginner or with a first field service experience ideally in the field of laboratory equipment- Good availability and an ability to work independently within a dynamic team are essential.- A real technicality combined with a logical approach as well as the sense of contact and customer relations. An innate sense of organization and autonomy, rigor and responsiveness are assets for success in your job- You understand English (read and written)- Mastery of computer tools (Sales Force environment would be a plus)
