Your Role:

The production expert supports production head on the new production lines setup considering the processes and equipment including automation, data management and analysis for the new plant in Kaohsiung. The new plant will produce Patterning materials for our Semiconductor business in the company.

 

In your role, you are the production process expert to design the new production lines with the advanced quality requirements during the design and construction phases aligned with production head. Coordination with global and local stakeholders for the production and warehouse layouts is also part of the role. To prepare and finalize the technical information with stakeholders such as user requirement specification in order to communicate with business partners or vendors for new plant and production lines development. 

 

After startup, you as an expert support the production head on the production activities, manage the unit to achieve targeted output at targeted highest quality standards, whilst operating within defined cost budgets. Continuous improvement of production procedures and resources, develops and implements strategies aimed at improving quality, ensures the delivery to customers on time.

 

The production expert supports to

  • set, maintain and manage high standards of operation,
  • ensure operating efficiency and compliance with company policies and safety procedures,
  • implement local regulations in close contact with government and non-government organizations,
  • determines the skill levels for the production by personnel recruitment, training and development in consultation with management.

 

Who you are:

  • Equal or better Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
  • Experience in managerial position with multinational company in Processing Industry (Chemical, Pharmaceutical) or Manufacturing Industry is essential.
  • Professional experience in global project management or work in complex global environment (3-5 years as a guide).
  • Experience in international quality systems (Six Sigma, TQM, QA, GMP, ISO) beneficial.
