担当エリア:西日本エリアが中心となります。 (ただし、少人数の組織であるため今後東日本を含めて他エリアを担当する可能性もあります。)


販売製品: 不妊クリニックのラボで使用される機器 (インキュベーター、胚の自動凍結機器、培養液など)



1. 年間セールスターゲットの達成

2. 会社のマーケティング・経営戦略に基づいた、アカウントごとの年間活動計画の立案と実行

3. 活動及び、カスタマー/マーケットのデータを収集・分析

4. 担当アカウントのドクター及びキーオピニオンドクターとの関係を築き、より良好な状態にすべく維持する

5. チームで決めたプランの実施、達成

6. 会社の規則、ポリシーやガイドラインの遵守

7. 会社のガイドライン・予算に基づいた経費管理

8. ハンズオンセミナーの企画と実施



・チーム会議 (月 1回)

・入社時に製品トレーニングを実施 (1週間)

・フォローアップトレーニング (6か月に1回)

・エリアマネージャーの同行、1 on 1ミーティングの実施

・学会への参加 → 国内主要学会
