Pricing & Project Manager (all genders, full/part-time)

Your Role: An exciting opportunity to join our team as Pricing & Project Manager has arisen! You develop plans and initiatives, including leading projects, implementing systems and using organizational change techniques to facilitate changes to business processes and systems to result in enhanced pricing outcomes. You will own the development, validation, and maintenance of robust workflows, pipelines, pricing models, analytics, and tools that transform data into market and pricing insights that enable and drive strategic pricing. You are passioned in developing, validating, and maintaining digitized scalable, leverage-able, and easy-to-maintain solutions of pricing models, analytics, critical metric measurements, and tools which contribute to achieving our revenue, pricing, and margin objectives. You own the development of price and deal management system used to understand competitive price positioning, product price positioning, price effect contribution and pricing subject area to identify strategic and tactical pricing opportunities and perform impact analysis on planned changes setting up associated performance indicators to measure efficiency. In addition, you socialize and train organization on digitized solutions demonstrating applicability to each functional group’s operations and lead professional working relationships with all relevant Global functions to promote and support pricing analytics efforts.
Who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Math/Statistics or similar with 5+ years of validated experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability in relevant area
- Experience leading projects and successful Organizational Change Management
- Implementation of Pricing Systems while working with a 3rd party vendor
- Experience in price optimization and deal management system implementation and facilitating changes to business processes, systems and technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project Management — Excel assessment required)
- Skilled in Palantir/Foundry, Tableau, and/or Business Intelligence reporting (i.e. Python, Spark, SQL, Java, CSS & HTML or similar)
