P2P Compliance Project Manager (all genders)

You will work within the Business Service (MBS) Buy & Pay organization, as part of the Process and Governance team, ensuring a compliant purchase to pay (P2P) process for our internal customers and external suppliers on a global scale together with team.
As a P2P Compliance Project Manager you will lead and support global projects for end to end business process improvements and support the management team in achieving a continuous improvement culture. You will collaborate with colleague across the globe from different teams (IT, Procurement, Buy and Pay Services Team).
You will mainly focus on the Segregation of Duties (SOD) concept for the organization by looking at weak spots, finding and proposing solutions. You will design the future SOD and access management policy, to deliver a positive impact on service, quality and efficiency. You will support the ICS (Internal Control System) Coordinator in all the work related to gather and manage the data both in the share drive tools and in the GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance)
You will gather and modify data for Compliance and Risk Team to look from the bigger perspective, for organizational benefit. Also, serve as a point of contact in terms of compliance related topics.
Additionally, all other obligations arising from the supervisors translated orders.
Who you are:
- Experience in overall end to end Procurement (Purchasing P2P) processes is a must, additionally Sourcing and T&E (Travel &Expense) is nice to have
- Experience in project management with business process design
- Nice to have experience in Internal auditing
- High attention to providing and analyzing data from across multiple systems and cooperation with many different teams and functions.
- Solid analytical skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Not afraid to ask and push whenever needed
- Team player with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Independent, open for fresh ideas and new perspectives to be captured from working with people from a diverse set of backgrounds, cultures and functions. Not afraid to question status quo.
- Initiative to constantly improve products, services, processes and working routines
