PURPOSE OF THE ROLE (high level summary)

Manage the Service Contracts New & Renewal Process and ensure their contribution to the Milli-Q Sales and Field Service organizations to execute with success the Milli-Q Priorities and Goals.



Main missions:

1. Service Contracts Renewal Activity: direct contact with customers to engage the renewal and negotiate possible Upgrade or Upsell, with the support of FSS and FSE.

2. Create the renewal quotations and process the contracts POs, agree on the follow-up action with FSS/FSE if contract will not be renewed.

3. Maintain the SMAX accuracy of service contracts across all customers and locations.

4. Actively offer additional services. Like CSA, CLO² sanitization, My Milli Q functionalities.

5. To draw up and supervise Public tenders related to Milli-Q business both for Service Contracts, Consumables and Hardware in close cooperation with FSS.

6. Act as the main contact person with the Clinical Key Account (if assigned) and guarantee a high level of collaboration to support Service and Sales tasks linked to these important partners. Answering incoming requests (phone/e-mail/fax) from external customers. 


QUALIFICATION & SKILLS (minimal requirements)


Education · Business Administrator (or equivalent work experience)

Experience · 3-5 years of experience in a service or sales support role, ideally in a related environment

Additional Skills: · Strong affinity for computers. Good knowledge of data entry

· Very good Communication & Presentations skills

· Selling skills

· Organizational talent

· Willingness to take responsibility & independence

· Foreign language skills
