- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and PM visits, IQ/OQ
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Follow Document processes through SFDC, Service Max
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Generation of Service Revenue for Company
- Generate Lead for Sales team
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Maintain and Increase NPS.
