Supply Chain Manager will lead and develop a strong customer centric supply chain team through standardization of capability, technology, and processes. Demonstrate leadership through S&OP process, stakeholder engagement, building and motivating team, service performance delivering key supply chain metrics. The role will be responsible for leading productivity projects, technology implementation, and process efficiency initiatives. Provide leadership through cross functional collaboration, engaging with country leadership and global supply chain organizations on supply chain initiatives, issues, and mitigation.  


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead S&OP process supply and demand planning with business and sales leadership  
  • Define and drive strategic and operational activities and deliver performance metrics of supply chain
  • Maintain and review planning dashboards to facilitate visibility, speed in decision making, issue resolution, preventive action
  • Analyse and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
  • Lead team through functional process improvement projects using six sigma  
  • Manage supply chain activities using the process and technology framework of the organization.
  • Bring global best practices into the region and develop robust process with cross functional teams to ensure material availability, meet inventory norms, manage master data
  • Develop team capability on supply chain processes, reporting & analytics, demand planning, supply management, inventory review, SAP and other supply chain technologies, customer centricity.


Key Performance Indicators


  • Direct contribution to Supply Chain metric improvements in line or above target, such as Fill Rate, OTIF, Backorder levels, Inventory holdings
  • Lead S&OP process, discussion with region and global supply chain team and ensure customer centric supply chain approach
  • Standardization of technology, process, team knowledge
  • Partner with global supply chain on technology initiatives and other supply related initiative

Candidate’s Profile

Education/Professional Experience

  • Must have around 10years of Supply Chain experience, with 5years of experience in leading team and integrated supply chain
  • BE Preferably MBA in Supply Chain, APICS and Six sigma certification
  • Strong leadership skills - particularly skills in leading through influence.
  • SAP experience, including working with other planning and analytical tool
  • Project Management skills preferred with ability to drive projects with global teams
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels in the business. Proactive, driven and self-starter
  • Excellent analytical skills, including ability to work with large data sets using appropriate tools including power BI, Qlik Sense and Excel.
