Your Role:

In Semiconductor Materials Engineering team, you will be part of the Standards & Interfacing group (EL-IOE-ES) and will also support the Process Engineering team (EL-IOE-C).

As a member of the Standards & Interfacing team you will work together with mechanical, E&I, and process safety engineers you will be responsible for implementing the best-known methods into new EMD Electronics process standards. The responsibilities will include providing and updating global systems and standardized procedures (SOP) especially for process related engineering standards and design documents. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining standardized process packages for frequently used process and sub-processes.

You will also develop and facilitate trainings and lessons learned session with site and project teams.

As a process engineering team member, you will support projects. The experience from the project work and best practices shall be implemented in the standards.

The individual will be working as part of a global engineering team with global activities. The position may require some travel domestically and internationally. 


Who you are:

  • Process engineering experience in the chemical industry (e.g., petrochemical, base chemicals, specialty gases) or related industries.

  • 5+ years process engineering experience preferred in semiconductor material production.

  • Basic understanding of process safety principles and procedures

  • Experience in working in a matrix environment with remote team members.

  • Fluent communication in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical standards.

  • Solid understanding of Quality Systems.

  • Good communication and coaching skills required.
