This role may be done 100% remotely.

Your role:
As VEEVA CRM and Integrations Senior Project Manager - you handle project and system enhancements considering existing data flows and governance processes for the regional Veeva CRM solution and integrations.
Your in-depth Pharma CRM process knowledge combined with experience working closely with agile software development teams are key to lead the implementation of design solutions and scalable operating models. Your key responsibilities include understanding and collecting business requirements and turning them into projects. We need your experience in stakeholder management role along with strong communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and process thinking. This will also include document business processes and user requirements for our regional Veeva CRM platform and the respective ecosystem integrations (multi-channel marketing, compliance, data, reporting). We want you to lead requirements workshops and guide country roll-out teams as well as support key business partners as proxy product owner within SCRUM methodology (especially in translating requirements to detailed user stories and collaborating with the technical implementation team).
We hope you can define success & adoptions KPIs. As a plus it's great to have industry-related experience in pharma, life sciences, or electronics.


Who you are:

  • 4-6 + years Veeva CRM and global or regional project experience
  • Bachelor degree. in IT or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Management mechanism and experience in project rollouts with different country needs and global needs.
  • Understanding of Veeva CRM solution including hands-on experience with regional template rollouts
  • Additional experience within the Marketing Sales Ecosystem (web content management, digital asset management, etc.) is helpful
  • Knowledge of agile implementation methods and common project tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Attention to detail, being proactive, taking action and anticipating opportunities
