Your role:

Throughout this program, you will get to know multiple facets of the Project Management world (monitoring the execution of projects according to plan, ensuring completeness of project plans, risk management, project roadmaps etc.). The selected candidate will work with various cross-functional teams throughout the organization on projects that move at a high speed and produce tangible results.


After a first assignment at one of our offices in the United States, you will have two more assignments in different parts of our Electronics business, one of them abroad in one of our global subsidiaries. You will acquire a broad perspective of the specialty chemistry world, be exposed to various industries and markets, but also experience cultural differences and learn to optimally collaborate in a diverse, global organization. During all assignments, you will be tasked with various projects key to our core business, set business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of Electronics.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree OR PhD  in natural science/economics/engineering with business administration skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexible and collaborative teammate willing to go above and beyond to drive projects to success as well as working independently
  • Networker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possesses international experience and fluency in English (other language skills are a plus)
  • Seeking first practical experience in the project management area or related fields in the semiconductor industry
  • Highly motivated, curious and passionate to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
  • A strong verbal and written communicator with a high level of attention to detail
