Your Role:

 

Your main mission is to support the field service organization by responding to customer queries concerning service-related questions. Responsible to ensure an optimized service response from each engineer in the assigned territory. Interface between customer and Field Service Engineer.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Be able to primarily manage incoming requests (phone/e-mail/fax) from external customers and providing to them technical support to troubleshoot problem’s and facilitate first time fix rate.
     
  • Perform on appropriate solutions to improve field service activity & efficiency.
     
  • Take advantage of customer interactions to propose service products in a cost-efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction.
     
  • Ensure data integrity using CRM tools following guidance and SOP.

 

  • Prioritize ad hoc customer requests and existing rolling business (maintenance and installations) .
     
  • Initiate billable repairs quotations (BRQ) in ServiceMax, seamless transfer information in SFDC as opportunity for sales.
     
  • Manage work orders scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction be an active part for Inhouse Service innovations by proposing solutions to increase our global efficiency and make Inhouse Service organization recognized by peers and customers.
