Our Digital department is looking for a creative and highly motivated UX Design Working Student (all genders) to support our design-related efforts, iterating on appealing and consistent visuals and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of user experience design principles, a desire to create intuitive and engaging digital products, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with our team. This position will involve designing new user interface elements or illustrations for our products and creating new components for our design system, like icons. You will also support us on topics like user research, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure that our products meet user needs.

 

Key responsibilities:

Visual design and prototyping – You create visuals, prototypes, and UI designs for new product features

User research – Collaborate with our UX research department and multidisciplinary product teams on user testings and mockups for highly effective communication on new experiences

Design system – Establish and maintain a component design library, best practices, and processes to ensure design consistency and scalability across multiple platforms and products

Marketing and communication – You will support our B2B Marketing Team with great visuals for communications or the creation of pitch decks.

Open-minded – You are curious, eager to learn, and want to work in an environment with like-minded people

 

Qualifications:

  • You're studying UI/ UX Design or a related field
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Animation and 3D modeling skills are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Partly Remote (Working device is provided)
  • You must be enrolled in a university/university of applied sciences.
