Vos Missions :


  • Gérer et encadrer le personnel (4 à 6 personnes)
  • Coordonner les activités USP en fonction du planning de production annuel
  • Etablir le planning détaillé journalier (scheduling) des collaborateurs USP
  • Assister le manager dans l’élaboration du planning annuel de production
  • Apporter le support technique, scientifique et BPF aux techniciens de production
  • Coordonner et effectuer la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs en apportant son expertise
  • Coordonner et contrôler l’entretien des équipements et zones nécessaires pour l’activité USP
  • Effectuer le suivi des bons de travail depuis l’émission jusqu’à la clôture
  • Contrôler que les zones et les places de travail sont propres et bien rangées
  • Contrôler que tous les documents générés et soumis pour approbation sont complets et correspondent aux standards qualité en vigueur
  • Contrôler que les dossiers de production sont complets, corrects et transmis au QA dans les délais impartis
  • Effectuer la déclaration des déviations
  • Contrôler et effectuer la collecte des données de production utilisant l’outil en place
  • Exploiter les données liées aux activités
  • Coordonner et effectuer la rédaction, le maintien et la revue des procédures et/ou d’autres documents nécessaires aux activités USP
  • Coordonner et effectuer la rédaction des protocoles et rapports dans son domaine de compétence
  • Coordonner et effectuer les activités liées au système ERP
  • Contrôler le maintien du stock des consommables liés aux activités USP
  • Effectuer des activités opérationnelles selon les besoins
  • Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des procédés
  • Coordonner la mise à jour des standards de travail


Formation & Expérience Professionnelle


  • Master en biotechnologie / sciences de la vie / chimie ou diplôme équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans le domaine de la production pharmaceutique
  • Connaissances des procédés USP et des normes GMP
  • Précédente expérience managériale un atout 
  • Capacité démontrée à coordonner des activités multiples et complexes dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique
  • Excellentes capacités de communication
  •, organisé.e, avec un bon sens du relationnel
