Your role:

Data and analytics thrill you? Great! You feel comfortable to bring people together & create impactful communication? Amazing! You got experience with Learning & Development design? We should talk! Because we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Data Culture & Strategy team. As part of the Electronics Data Office we support our employees on their journey to drive high impacts through data & analytics. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for important communication and building networks within the organization. You will be involved in content creation and the realization of enablement activities, gaining valuable skills in communication planning, storytelling, and facilitation. In addition, you’ll work on strategic topics and co-creating with data experts, developing your problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. We play a key role in increasing awareness and supporting our data strategy, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Who you are:

•    Curious and eager to learn and passionate about data and analytics
•    An excellent team player with the ability to work independently and with global virtual teams; Fluent in English (spoken and written)
•    Experienced in communication planning and content creation
•    Skilled in Microsoft365
•    Bringing in workshop creation and presentations skills and/or skilled with coding/ low code applications are a plus
