Your role:
A great new opportunity has opened up within company Business Services - Employee Services (MBS ES). Being part of the MBS ES Data Strategy, Analytics &Operations Team, you are playing an integral role in the global Data Quality Management of our HR data. You are acting as a Business Data Steward for various global data sets and are actively shaping the data quality and management efforts of MBS Employee Services & Group HR. This entails various global activities such as the design and implementation of data quality metrics, the enforcing of data governance, data privacy, data security and safeguarding that data is adequately catalogued. Hand in glove with our partners in the HR Data Governance Team, you are also spearheading the reporting & analytics around HR Data Quality Health in the newly build python-based Tableau dashboard.
Who you are:
- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, data/computer science or similar.
- Several years (ideally 3-5) of data management or reporting & analytics experience.
- Global Business Services (GBS) industry and ways of working knowledge preferred
- Analytical mindset valuing the detail in data & caring about appealing visualizations
- Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization.
- Business-fluent English skills.
