Your role: Join us as a Global Pharma Production Project Manager and lead the way in delivering innovative IT, OT digital, and data projects that will transform our pharmaceutical production sites. Manage the deployment of diverse applications and systems, driving digital solutions in digitally maturing environments. You will oversee medium to large projects, ensuring compliance with governance and PMO guidelines. You will take charge of technical implementation, controlling project costs, and ensuring timely delivery. Uphold security and quality standards while aligning IT tasks with the business project manager, and coordinating internal and external IT units. You will collaborate closely with the IT-AM team to ensure smooth project transitions. Optimize business processes, monitor their effectiveness, and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Engage with team members and introduce innovative practices to drive continuous improvement.
This position is available in Madrid or Barcelona.

Who you are:
- You have a University Degree or equivalent in IT, natural science, engineering, or business administration. Project management or a related field is advantageous.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager, successfully delivering IT projects in a complex, global matrix organization, preferably from IT or a related function.
- You have strong knowledge and interest in new technologies and digital trends.
- You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional and multi-site projects in Manufacturing, ideally using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- You are familiar with current Manufacturing models and concepts in the Healthcare industry.
- You have demonstrated a track record in implementing and validating Pharmaceutical GxP projects.
- You are proficient in English and fluent in German is valuable
