Your role:


As an Inhouse Service Coordinator you support the field service organization by responding to customer queries concerning service-related questions. Responsible to ensure an optimized service response from each engineer in the assigned territory. Interface between customer and Field Service Engineer. You will manage incoming requests (phone/e-mail/fax) from external customers and providing to them technical support to troubleshoot problem’s and facilitate first time fix rate and perform on appropriate solutions to improve field service activity efficiency.​ You will take advantage of customer interactions to propose service products in a cost-efficient manner that leaves the customer completely satisfied with the interaction. Ensuring data integrity using CRM tools following guidance and SOP will be key. ​You will need to prioritize ad hoc customer requests and existing rolling business (maintenance and installations). Initiating billable repairs quotations (BRQ) in ServiceMax, seamless transfer information in SFDC as opportunity for sales will be also part of your role.​ You will also manage work orders scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction and ​be an active part for Inhouse Service innovations by proposing solutions to increase our global efficiency and make Inhouse Service organization recognized by peers and customers. 


Who you are:


  • Preferably educated to a BA degree.
  • Having 3-5 years of experience in a service or sales support role or technical interest would be desired.
  • Proficient in Dutch, French and English.
  • Have good computer literacy
  • Excellent in time management and a problem solver.
  • Accurate and attentive to details.
