Your Role:  

The Associate Inhouse Consultant role is a 24-month leadership development program (LDP) for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates. Participate in a mix of strategic management consulting projects and functional rotations in the healthcare, life science, and electronics industries.  

 

Year 1: Build core competencies with on-the-job training through a wide variety of regional and global projects with consultants and senior business leaders across our global businesses. 

 

Year 2: Immerse in the businesses through 3-4 functional rotations of your choice (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) across our business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. You will have the opportunity to do one of the rotations internationally.  

 

Following successful completion, leverage the network you’ve developed to transition to a business sector and function to continue your development as a future leader within the organization.  

 

Associates will also participate in targeted professional trainings to continuously improve their technical expertise, business acumen, and soft skills. 

 

  Who you are:   

  Minimum Qualifications:   

  • Recent graduate or prospective candidate for MBA, Master’s degree, or PhD in business, science, or engineering 
  • Demonstrated interest in business/industry through coursework, professional experience, extracurriculars, or internships 
  • Excellent verbal and written English (additional language(s) a plus)  

  

Applicants should be prepared for behavioral and consulting case interviews 

  • Earliest and latest graduation dates accepted to program: 2023 through May 2024 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis 

 

Target Start Date: January to June 2024 

Location: Burlington, MA (Greater Boston area)
