What You Do:
- Set priorities, develop strategy, define SLS commercial business goals,
- Establish sales targets and business objectives for the team with consideration given to Thailand Commercial business goals, New product introduction targets and in alignment with overall SLS Strategy.
- To ensure reach or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Drive profitable growth, while managing top-line expectations and price realization
- Foster an environment of high impact culture
- Lead and develop sales specialist leaders; Coach and provide regular feedback
- Ensure that Marketing and Field Marketing programs within the region are aligned to and support sales strategy and business goals
- Drive collaboration among commercial organization to ensure alignment with segment teams and regional/marketing.
- Collaborate to develop an effective and efficient country marketing strategy.
- Build capabilities to measure impact of marketing activities to improve strategic planning and tactical execution/optimization.
- Responsible for executive communication (data analysis, building presentation materials, scenario planning, etc.) with respect to marketing performance.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives by developing digital marketing plans based on business requirements and oversee the digital marketing campaign budget.
- Manage conception, development and implementation of country marketing plan, digital marketing and promotional programs.
- Drive marketing projects in collaboration with the cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions and key application studies as well as external strategic collaborations.
- Research competitors, market pricing and industry trends through communication with Sales, Customers and Dealers.
- Plan, build, and maintain engaging experiences by leveraging the latest digital solutions, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Provide leadership and strategic vision to the assigned business unit to meet business goals and objectives.
- Manage, Coach and motivate team to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related majors.
- Good understanding on laboratory market, chemical market, life science & territory management.
- Experience at senior management level in sales/marketing function
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken
