Your Role:

We are currently looking for a curious, creative and dedicated mind with right attitude to join our Neurology & Immunology Franchise as “Product Manager” who will be reporting to Neurology & Immunology & Endocrinology & General Medicine Business Unit Director.


As Product Manager, you will produce and implement innovative project ideas in line with brand strategy which are doable in the field and to be recognized by healthcare professionals. Monitoring product performance and competition using appropriate tools for data analysis; gathering, and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, competitor data and developments within related market to ensure brand plans reach the targets will be an absolute must of your role. Turning medical information from KOLs and medical colleagues into refined brand messages is very essential. Omnichannel approach is expected to develop and implement digital initiatives. You will control budget, forecasts and expenses to evaluate cost effectiveness and impact of engagements. You’ll be responsible for successful execution, detailed monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans assuring excellence ensuring they serve to the growth of the brand(s) & all fit in marketing budget which you’ll be accountable for.


Who You  Are:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Business, Marketing or related fields. MBA is a plus
• At least 3 years of marketing experience at pharmaceutical companies. Neurology and MS experience is prefered
• Proficiency in MS Office; sustainable interest and capability to improve analysis/visualization skills turning data into actionable insights
• Fluency in written and spoken English; excellent communication, organization and presentation skills both in Turkish and English
• Analytical thinker and attentive to details; good at teamwork, eager for strategic planning & end-to-end project management
• No restriction to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates
