YOUR ROLE You will have the responsibility to design, develop and execute omnichannel strategies in collaboration with franchises, access, and the medical area, aiming to maximize impact in the market by improving our customer engagement journey. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of the digital culture within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining the omnichannel strategy, seeking the optimal utilization of digital channels.
- Driving change through leadership, guidance and support to Commercial, Medical, and Access teams to develop omnichannel approaches that enhance the customer experience.
- Leading digital actions aligned with the brand's strategic objectives.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the adoption of the omnichannel strategy.
- Monitoring and analyzing the results of digital initiatives using KPIs: tracking the omnichannel strategy and its impact on customers and other business indicators.
- Leverage data and analytics to develop a deep understanding of customer preferences across the organization.
- Coordinating and providing support for digital tools to different departments in the organization, understanding the healthcare environment deeply to identify digital solutions that add value to the healthcare system.
- Staying updated on trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including new digital tools and technologies, changes in regulatory policies, and shifts in patient and healthcare professional behavior.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have a university degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. Additional qualifications like an MBA or equivalent in related fields will be valued.
• You have a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in similar positions: strong skills in digital and omnichannel management, creativity, and experience in cross-functional project and team leadership (influence and communication abilities).You possess analytical and strategic planning skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You have a high level of knowledge about digital technologies and platforms.
• You have a high level of proficiency in English.
