旧Milipore、Sigma Aldrich、Versum Materialsのビジネスを含むメルクグループの一員としてメルクジャパンで工業化学品の分野を担当します。

社内顧客であるR&Dは主に日本に存在しますが、グローバルともコミュニケーションを取る機会があります。

特許ポートフォリオのマネジメント

特許相談、特許レクチャーの開催

知財部員、特許実務家

スキル：クレームドラフト、特許庁対応（中間処理）ができることが必要。完全内製の経験があれば、尚可。

特許知識：特許法と実務、少なくとも日本の特許法に関する知識と実務経験が必要。各国の中間処理経験があれば、尚可。

技術知識：有機化学または無機化学。好ましくは、化学物質の物理特性、半導体や表示素子の製造や適用についての知識があれば、尚可。

言語：①日本語ネーティブレベル;英語ビジネスレベル（口語コミュニケーション：Conversational level以上；文書コミュニケーション：Business level以上）。もしくは、②日本語コミュニケーションレベル；英語（口語、文書ともに）ビジネスレベル以上。

好ましい特性：　責任感、誠実、粘り強さ、向上心、コミュニケーション力

[Job Description]
 
The role will handle Industrial Chemical field of our product in Japan, as one member of the  global company including previous Millipore, Sigma Aldrich, Versum Materials's business.
Mainly supporting internal R&D customers in Japan. There are chances to communicate with internal global customers.
 
Prosecution: Draft patent application. Response to Patent office actions.
Manage pat. portfolio
Pat. counsel works. Hold pat. lectures.
Patent clearance
Disputes, contracts  
 
[Candidate profile]
 
Pat. practitioner.
Experience of drafting patent claims, handling response to Patent office action. It is preferable to have experiences of full insourcing.
Patent knowledge: Patent law and practice, at least relevant knowledge of Japan local law and work experience required; preferably experienced in global patent prosecution
Technical knowledge: Organic and/or Inorganic chemistry.
Language: ①Native level in Japanese and Business above in English in write and read, conversational above in verbal commutation. ②Or Business level above in English including verbal and Conversational level in Japanese.
Candidate with strong sense of responsibility, transparency, resilience character preferred, ambition, and communication skills
