Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead 3PL Warehouse and Transportation for Electronics business sectors in Korea. 
You must have a working background in relevant area of Logistics, Distribution and Transportation. 

• Lead the team of 3PL Warehouse and domestic transportation of Electronics business sectors
• Ensure Transport plan and 3PL Warehouse management applied with regulatory and compliance requirements, product specifics and customer requests
• Promote on safety culture and lead the implementation safety guideline required for 3PL Warehouse and domestic transportation. 
• Key input and interact with service providers (3PL Warehouse and local carriers) and internal stakeholders for any questions related to new activities and/or continuous improvement.
• Work with various stakeholders and coordinate to ensure external vendors to fulfill requirement and operation to fit and to achieve business objectives and requirements 
• Develop and plan distribution strategy, costs and performances on external service providers and ensure external service providers to fulfill the agreed objectives and performances
• Manage logistics spending and balance cost control with maximum performances
• Actively engage with external vendors and potential new vendors sourcing
• Actively use of ERP / SAP 

Who You Are:

• +10 years of professional experience in the areas of logistics, 3P Warehouse distribution, transportation management
• Experienced in domestic and international transport and 3PL Warehouse management in Chemical business 
• Broad understanding of the Chemicals in compliances, safety requirements 
• Good in communication with external service provider, internal stakeholders and teams
• Supervisory or line management experience required
• SAP knowledge, Project management preferred 
• Good in Business English communication
