[Your Role]

The Sales and Operations Planning Manager is an integral part of the DSS (Dilivery System & Services) business strategy. The position is responsible for managing the DSS Korea sales and operations planning process, which involves creating and executing plans that optimize the production, inventory, and distribution of goods and services. The manager will work closely with the executive team, sales, marketing, and operations departments to ensure that the company's sales and operations plans align with customer demand and are executed in a cost-effective manner. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational processes, excellent project management and communication skills, and a keen eye for details.

• Contribute and implement global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and strategies in Korea to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated business plans.
• Take a lead role in the transformation and customization of the future model and be a change agent
• Analyze and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization. Develop simulation processes to run sensitivity analysis for growth or risk.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, manufacturing and finance teams to ensure that financial goals are met.
• Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to strengthen S&OP processes. Create and drive continuous improvement of operations.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate and support team across multiple functionalities including demand planning, customer services, production scheduling and logistics.
• Work together with other regional S&OP managers to harmonize processes. Continue to challenge processes for improvement.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure the right skills and behaviors that meet future requirements.

[Who You are]

• +8 years’ experience in supply chain area and management roles.
• Strong Analytical skills, understanding of data to drive the decision-making process.
• Strong operations knowledge and theory of constraints.
• Demand and Forecast techniques.
• Scenario planning.
• Strong communication skills – written and oral.
• Presentation capabilities – drive clear and concise message during the S&OP Meetings.
• Proficient in English considering the multi-region interaction.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain and finance will be a comparative advantage for the individual.
• Process-oriented mindset, understanding the connections points and focus on simplification and strengthening of those connections
• Ability to be successful driving change in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience with planning, analytical tools Ex: SAP, APO/IBP, or similar
• Industries / Automotives semicon, equipment, chemicals. 
• Manufacturing experience is a must. / Handling large volume of the production.
• Flexible on working hours due to global meetings.
