职位描述:
1. 制订有挑战性的和可行性的区域计划. 并能成功地实施.
.根据自己对所辖市场的了解, 制订区域计划和医院业绩目标,活动计划和费用预算.
.在工作中定期的回顾和修正行动计划, 以更高的达到业绩目标
.计划和执行每天的拜访活动, 确保有效拜访时间符合公司的要求.
.建立和维护与临床医生和学术带头人的关系
.定期拜访药剂科以保证良好的供货.
.组织GSA和其他业绩和市场活动.
.给患者提供良好的服务
.如果有需要,应当协助地区经理处理经销商供货和医疗保险目录的申报
2. 发展和拓宽市场, 了解市场潜力和维护业绩的持续稳定的增长.
.执行市场策略并对执行后情况进行反馈
.提供竞争对手,医疗保险目录和商业供货等信息
3. 工作态度端正,执行公司的行为要求,树立自身良好形象,维护公司品牌形象
.体现公司的学术形象
.掌握产品及相关知识并在每天的工作中运用.
.掌握推广技巧和演讲技巧并运用到工作中.
.工作积极努力,有责任感.
.工作中保持衣冠整洁,对待客户礼貌周到
4. 报告和培训
.按时和准确的提交各种报告和报表
.认真参加公司组织的各项培训和会议.
任职要求:
- 医药及相关专业大专以上学历,具备工作所需要的一定英语听说读写能力
2. 熟练掌握产品知识,了解相关医学知识,具备一定的市场分析和业务规划能力,具备较强的业务实施能力
- 有相关领域经验为佳
- 具备RDPAC认证资格优先考虑
