Your role:
Our dynamic, collaborative, ambitious and successful team is looking for a talented Omnichannel Specialist to join us. You will support TAs developing the Digital channels strategy in accordance with the brand strategy and company engagement goals, support implementation of omnichannel customer engagement action plan in according to the business priority, HCP segments and customer preferences. You will be part of the team in supervising the execution of customer journeys agreed with Omnichannel Manager, TAs & Medical and maintenance and development of local HCP website. You will be responsible for the support of the development and localization of digital contents (e.g. CLM, RTE, DEM) by leveraging the content authoring tool (eWizard). You will be responsible fot the local digital asset library in PromoMats and eWizard, support the tagging process and perform quarterly reporting of digital activities targeted on HCPs analyzing data and performance indicators. You will be in charge of track and analyze data from all channels to support identification of areas of improvement and data-driven decisions. In your role, you will work closely with the marketing team on digital initiatives of implementation and support management of relationships with internal and external partners e.g., agencies.
Who you are:
- Economic, Engineering or equivalent degree; Master in Digital Marketing is preferable
- 2/3 years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a similar role
- GlobalRegional experience is a plus
- Fluent in english; Italian nice to have
- Excellent knowledge of digital applications with project management mind
- Good experience in marketing strategy and tactical initiatives
- Open minded, strong logical and analytical skills
- Team player with proactive and flexible attitude
