Introduction of new equipment for In-Process Controls and optimization of measurement kinetic to improve process control

Your role:
Within the MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences And Technology) Process Expertise laboratory team, you will participate to the implementation of new equipment (Vicell blu, Metaflex, Novaflex 2) for In-Process controls (IPC) of mammalian cell culture processes and ensure the comparability with current analyzer. You will work on the optimization of the flow “sampling – analysis – answer on process” with the objective to improve process control robustness by increasing the effectiveness of controllers (pH, pO2, pCO2…) re-alignment.
You will also contribute to best-practice alignment between processes and manufacturing suites.
Your profile:
- Student (Master or Eng) in Biotechnology, Life science or Chemical engineering.
- Previous experience with mammalian cell culture, biotechnology processes for production of monoclonal antibodies,
- Good knowledge of statistic tools and DOE. Proficiency in MS Office.
- High level of motivation, good analytical view and open to work in laboratory.
- Good communication skills, oral and written (English and French)
