Your role:


In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support for physical and virtual Windows/Intel-based Desktops, Laptops, and Applications, including the installation of new solutions. You'll assist in supporting Windows server and Network teams, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability, and other IT infrastructure platforms. Responsibilities also include supporting iOS, iPadOS, MAC OS, and MS SQL.

Your tasks involve installing and configuring new hardware and software, ensuring accurate reporting of software usage, obtaining licenses, and maintaining precise asset records. Compliance with IT policies and standards is essential, along with active management of the ticketing system.

You'll monitor systems, resolve issues, and be flexible to perform tasks outside regular hours. Participation in Global IT teams, initiatives, or projects may be required. Maintaining core knowledge of service offerings, ensuring quality in ongoing activities, and leveraging global tools for customer productivity are key responsibilities. Continuous improvement, feedback gathering, and proactive anticipation of business needs are integral to this role.


Who you are:


  • Educated to a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Experienced in supporting Windows.
  • Approachable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work individually.
  • Able to follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian.
