This role can be done 100% remotely from Poland.


Your role:

As an AEM Platform Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing AEM-based solutions that provide outstanding digital experiences for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to create and maintain robust and scalable AEM solutions. You will define solution architecture for global customer engagement and global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting technologies including AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Communities, Adobe Target, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and others. We expect you to interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions. You need to identify the touch points of complex architecture that comprises of different technologies (CRM, AEM, Forms Assembly, Microsoft Azure AD B2C) and help organization build enterprise solutions by working with cross platform architects and senior dev leads. Your role include establishing strong, effective, working relationships with the multiple stakeholders across the global organization as well as collaborating with platform owner and business leaders to define a strategic road map for the AEM platform.

Who you are:

  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in leading and architecting global web content management platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) enterprise products. 
  • Have proven experience in providing technical leadership to teams of technical leads for designing and implementing large-scale customer-facing end-to-end interactive websites. 
  • Familiar with building and designing the architecture to deploy high-scale production software in a cloud-hosted environment. 
  • Understand the completeness of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies. 
  • Experienced in defining solution architecture for global customer engagements and integrating supporting technologies including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. 
  • Experienced in performing critical assessment of business value and business requirements elaboration phases. 
  • Established monitoring tools and practices to proactively identify and resolve issues, including monitoring platform health, performance, and security. 
  • Implemented and maintained security best practices, including user access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to protect AEM assets and data.
