Your role:


As the lead of the Cardiometabolic & Endocrinology sales team, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. You will lead the sales force team of 7 and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision, values, and ethical standards. You will establish plans and strategies to expand and properly target the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and sales representatives. You will manage, train, and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy, and employment law. You will be directly responsible for the performance and development of the Medical Representatives Implement marketing strategy, including advertising on a regional and country basis Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development in the region together with the Medical Representatives. You will be setting goals and preparing personal sales plans and analyze market situation and provide key input and recommendations for developing regional marketing, communication, and promotional activities to increase sales.


Who you are:


  • Have minimum 3 years of people management experience.
  • Commercial experience from the pharma or FMCG sector would be necessary.
  • A university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Ability to independently find and propose solutions to problems.
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Bulgarian and English.
  • Possesses a valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bulgaria.
