Your Role:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring the Credit Management Teams in the respective location or beyond (virtual)

  • ensuring high quality of the services provided by the team

  • staying in constant touch with our stakeholders/customers

  • Drive standardization and harmonization globally and BP sharing

  • Ensure that all critical day to-day, month end activities and reporting deadlines of the Credit Management Team is  completed timely

  • support best in class processes through identification of process improvement initiatives

  • Develop performance delivery mindset within team – integrating KPIs in daily work and delivering of the same with major focus on compliance and controls and ensuring all given KPIs & timelines/deadlines are met

  • Promote structured employee development programs and team building initiatives

  • Foster strong partnership with key stakeholders based on quality, compliance, and trust

  • Drive all aspects of the team both in process and people management

  • Support all related ERP change requests

  • being first point of contact for all internal & external audits as well as ICS (internal control) & other external queries

  • supporting Credit Management team in daily operations

  • ensuring good atmosphere within the team & balancing the workload

  • leading additional ad-hoc projects

  • coordinating and conducting credit reviews

  • buiding various reports (e.g., on deviations from credit standards, overdue items, etc.)

  • cover ad-hoc request

  • ensure compliance and report deviations

  • contribute/lead/support process improvement/excellence initiatives & projects

  • handle complex requests/inquiries and issues (in collaboration with e.g. KU/GCE etc)

  • Ensure GWI/WI/BPDs are in place and review the same

  • Ensure back up structue is in place for all processes and act as back up for anyone in the team if needed

  • Partipate/set up stakeholder meetings 

  • conduct trainings (new joiner,recap sessions, new process implementation, stakeholders etc)

  • Collaborate closely with GKU, Global CM Expert 

  • Support Collection (if in scope of related SSC location)


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience in Shared Service Centers, specifically at Account Receivable, Finance, or similar and at least professional Credit Management experience as well
  • Experience in leading a Team (~ 1year min)
