YOUR ROLE:
 

Responsible for maximizing the company's brand growth through different promotional activities anchoring on product science and being a business enabler through identifying right customers.
 

Task Product Promotion: 

  • Promote product science of company brands to top customers to achieve the planned objectives.
  • Implement value added programs across the territory.


Key Activities

  • Visiting physicians to promote company's products anchoring on product science. 
  • Conducting marketing activities/literatures to HCPs.
  • Providing approved information to HCPs on company's products. 
  • Reporting visits, adverse events, medical inquiries, product complaints, insights, and other activities using proper channels.
     

Customer Relations:

  • Build relationships with target customers. 
  • Ensure that accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes.   
  • Segment and target high potential customers.
  • Visiting physicians with focus on target KOL and selected physicians to promote company's products and build strong relationship with them.
  • Providing feedback to manager on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access and competitive activities.
     

Territory Planning & Management:

  • Diagnosis of the territory situation e.g., local market drivers and initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory action plan to achieve business objectives.
