DS&S is providing gases/chemicals delivery equipment. While in customer site, customer will need not just equipment but also overall system on gases/chemicals distribution system, includes connection piping, life safety system, monitoring system, and leak detection…etc. The Turnkey Project Manager will develop the project scope base on customer requirement and then install all the related equipment, distribution piping, detectors, abatement, as well as lift safety system for customer. Making sure customer can use the system directly.


The turnkey project director has responsibility of manage the project development and proejct execution in the region. Project development including technical proposal, estimated cost and schedule, Scope definetion/clarifications and delivery planning, working with commercial team to join project bidding and win. After project awarded, moving to project execution stage and the goal is to meet customer demand includes basic design on turnkey project, define the scope, decide the equipment and material requirement and following by project management and executions..


Project Director is responsible for all tasks related to turnkey products. including project development and execution follow with SAFETY, QUALITY, ON TIME and ON BUDGET criteria in the region.

This role will maange turnkey project and EFP team (Equipemnt Facilitation Project) under DSS ASIA excl. Korea. The roughly annual cost spending is 10 m€ ~30m€.



Your Role 

  1. Manage the Turenkey (EFP) team, resources and prioritizations.
  2. Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets (ex: Recordable Injury Rate) through the deployment of an effective Basic Safety Process (BSP).
  3. In charge of Turnkey project development and execution.
  4. Working closely with product manager to support customer’s demand, complete basic design for the scope, as well as define the specification for the overall system. Then estimate overall execution cost to product manager.
  5. Manage the team to work at customer site for project execution, and complete detail design and install all the systems to get customer acceptance.
  6. Manage the team to work with Field Service Team to do equipment commissioning and startup.
  7. Manage project managers to achieve the goal of SAFET, QUALITY, on SCHEDULE, and under BUDGET principles for project execution.
  8. Support commercial team for project acceptance and process the payment.
  9. Manage product warranty if necessary.
  10. Drive cross BU synergies and collaborations


Who You Are

  • Minimum a B.S. Degree is required with background of Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering is preferred. MBA Preferred but not required
  • Minimum 5 years project management/execution experience in Semiconductor Industry, or any OEM/equipment related experience are preferred.
  • Minimun 3 years in people management.
  • Factory amanagement or gas/chemical equipment operation experience is plus.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking. 
  • Open to frequent business travel.
