Your role:


As a Workforce Administration Business Process Expert, you are joining the company's shared business services in a team of process experts for hire-to-retire HR administration.


You will be responsible for the proper evolutionary maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors in the company with a strong focus on Employee Central and the entailed processes and self-services. In your role, you are the glue between business and developers, both in project and line organizations. You are working with stakeholders, customers and process owners to formulate and promote business visions and identify improvements. Consequently, you are responsible for making sure that business requirements are properly analyzed, scoped, understood, and actioned in a timely and qualitative manner by the respective IT developers.


In doing so, you will be facilitating the collaboration between business users (incl. management), process owners, platform developers, and more. Key activities will be the facilitation of workshops and alignments to gather and/ or verify requirements, confirm with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, and support the delivery of the solutions towards the end users, being responsible for relevant business testing activities. Upon successful closure, you will transition changes into the line organization and ensure proper enablement and training.


In your role, you will also be the subject matter expert for position management. You will drive and heavily contribute to its further roll-out and promotion as an integrated HR solution. You will partner closely with stakeholders across different functions to maximize the impact and benefits of position management for the company, including the participation in and coordination of relevant projects across different functions (especially Group Finance and Financial Planning). You will align with other process experts and owners to see how position management can ease existing processes and also be the base for new processes and products.


Furthermore, you will be the responsible business process expert for org management, reorganizations, and bulk data operations in HR. You will work closely with management to define relevant process KPIs, monitor and enhance operational performance, and drive continuous improvement by analyzing market trends and benchmark data.


Who you are:


  • University, Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant discipline (ideally IT and/ or HR)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central in a development, implementation, or business analyst role OR
  • At least 4 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central in an HR operations role
  • Strong HR knowledge with focus on hire-to-retire admin processes and HRIT tools
  • Good understanding of HR data models and interfaces
  • Demonstrated success in working in (virtual) international and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements
  • Experience working with operational HR delivery teams and HR stakeholders at country, regional and global levels
  • Experience in managing a virtual teams and leading across the matrix
  • Strong Process Excellence Skills (Process improvement, Process mining, Six Sigma)
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills
