Regulatory Change & Communications Manager - Drive Change, Communication, and Regulatory Excellence

As the Regulatory Change & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and executing change strategies that enhance business performance in relation to regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize communication strategies, mitigate risks, and drive regulatory excellence.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Drive structured change management programs for critical regulatory transformation initiatives, such as the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability (CSS from the European Green Deal).
  • Analyze and articulate the current and future state of the critical initiatives across Life Science.
  • Develop change management plans, communications, engagement, and training plans for impacted stakeholders based on a framework-oriented change analysis.
  • Ensure key stakeholders have the necessary change management resources and tools.
  • Drive the development of change management best practices, enabling the organization to apply industry standard principles and tools.


  • Education: PhD in Science, Engineering, Business or related field. MBA is an asset.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in organizational change, strategic communications, or management consulting e.g. the Life Science industry. You should have strong experience in defining and executing change strategies and developing change management plans.
  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CPCM ACMP, or ATD CHANGE), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable, and expert-level regulatory knowledge in Life Science products. Experience in process optimization and design thinking is desired.
  • Soft Skills: Strong divergent thinking capabilities, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, analytical and data-driven mindset, excellent communication and storytelling skills, independence in problem-solving, and proficiency in English.
