End User Services in Manila needs a great Talent to work with our diligent and hardworking IT Team.


Your role:

  • Actively take on the day‐to‐day IT tasks supporting our users both onsite and those working remotely. 
  • Diligently perform installation, configuration, and maintain usability of end user equipment’s - laptops, mobile phone, printers, and other equipment’s.
  • Work on Image builds and effortlessly coordinate with different IT and Business teams to manage requirements.
  • Must effectively Install, configure hardware and systems required, while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Support IT equipment deployment/retrieval during staff on‐boarding and off‐boarding, throughout tracking accurately the assets.
  • Support all services related to Asset Lifecycle, Asset Management, Licensing for both hardware and software inventory.
  • Work with Global teams to resolve complicated and advanced IT related concerns.
  • Manage Incidents and Service Requests with defined KPI.
  • Support closures that require local on‐site intervention.
  • Document IT management activities.
  • Effectively Provide communication to support and guide our End Users
  • Render smart hand necessary i.e., on local outages, service degradation, planned down‐time activities, and global initiatives which have impact to our local end users.


Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an IT support role
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling IT tasks, providing support to both onsite and remote users
  • Proven ability to work with global teams
  • Experience in any ticketing tool, with a preference for ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated commitment to going the extra mile in providing IT support
  • Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the organization
  • Amenable to work onsite, on shifting schedule and render work during holidays when necessary
