Your Role: In the Performance and Reporting Team in Group Corporate Sustainability, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced expert to join us. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of EU legislation (CSRD/ESRS/CSDDD) and the integration of all relevant aspects into reporting.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to the Sustainability Statement and other non-financial reporting activities. You will advise and support our business units and corporate functions in preparing information according to reporting requirements and in collecting and analyzing relevant data. You will monitor the development of new requirements for non-financial reporting and create internal guidelines.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling sustainability ratings. With the goal of strengthening our position as a responsible and sustainable company, you will analyze rating results and coordinate improvement measures in collaboration with the business units and corporate functions.


Who You Are

  • Degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, IT/Data Science, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability reporting and ESG ratings
  • Solid knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards for non-financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Process-oriented and precise working style
  • Experience in project management and working with various stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively interact in a global environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.


Salary starts at 3000 EUR, and is dependent upon relevant experience.
